All orders are shipping using the best negotiated rates through domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you need specialty or faster shipping for your order, please contact us at info@foillovers.com for a direct quote. All orders are shipped within one business day from the date the order was placed, with the exception of pre-order or exclusive release collections that specifically state it is a preorder. Once it's shipped you will be notified of the status of your order and you can access the tracking information by logging into your account. If you made a mistake in entering your shipping address, we will gladly update this for you if you call or text your order number to 323-973-2364. If this order has already been shipped and has left the warehouse, there may be a fee charged by the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped from a warehouse located in Missouri, so they are typically received within two to four business days within the US. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping destination is a safe, secure area. Any theft from the place of delivery is not covered by any insurance policy provided by domestic shipping carriers, so please enter a shipping address where someone will be present during delivery. If you feel you need additional security, such as with a signature on delivery, we can happily add this for you at the rate provided by the carrier - typically only a few USD. If your package is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier as soon as possible. Take pictures of any damage to the exterior of the shipping box, all images of the interior damage. These will be required for any claims. Standard coverage is included in every shipment, which is $100 USD. If you wish to add more coverage, you can do so by contacting our office prior to shipment to cover the additional insurance amount.

 

Refund Policy

Foil Lovers will honor a 30-day return policy for all unused products, however shipping is non-refundable. All returns need to be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with no parts missing, and shipped in a carrier approved shipping box for a full refund. Please alert the support team to expect your return so they can assist in expediting the review and refund with the warehouse. Once the product is received at the warehouse, the quality team will inspect for any damage. Any damage to the packaging or the product will be repaired and therefore deducted from your eligible refund. Once the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within one to three business days. The entire process will take three to five business days from the date your tracking information shows delivered. Exceptions to the condition will be considered based on programs offered by each individual brand. Any fees or processing administrative charges due to charge backs or claims made will be deducted from the final refund.
